We have expanded the custom reject templates to support Postfix Policy Server
RCPT requests and temp fail messages.  The net benefit is that you can
customize templates for grey lists, spam traps and SPF results.  We
added two new options:

SMTP_REJECTION_TPL_IF_GREYLIST
SMTP_REJECTION_TPL_IF_SPAM_TRAP
