Mailspect Archive
Mailspect Archive stores real-time and legacy email in efficient, tamper-proof repositories for general records retention, regulatory compliance and legal discovery purposes. It is designed for ultra-fast full text search and retrieval of archived email. This feature-rich system enables users to read, forward, release, print or export, but not delete or alter, archived email. Copies of email can be sorted and stored in query-based files. The system stamps the incoming email with date and time and can add digital signatures. Email can be journaled real-time from virtually any mail stream including Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes, and Postfix or imported in bulk in more than twenty legacy email formats like .pst, DVD, tape etc. to centralized all email in one common repository. Through de-duping and single instance attachment storage, Mailspect Archive can reduce mail stores by up to 80%, so the archive system can also optimize the storage requirements of your email infrastructure. The system is accessible via a standard secure browser.
Mailspect Web Services is a universal connector that integrates regular email with core business applications using web services. This revolutionary technology solves a long-standing problem; mission critical business systems like Salesforce.com, SugarCRM and Basecamp are bypassed by regular email.
