Content Inspection
The MPP content inspection module monitors email streams to protect users from unauthorized content and control the flow of information. MPP can inspect inbound and outbound email content in headers, bodies and attachments for surveillance, content based routing, content blocking, offensive language controls and more. MPP content inspection is multi-lingual and supports over 10 different expression languages.
Surveillance
Surveillance is particularly useful to monitor employee performance and customer interactions. Stealthily monitor the email stream of any user or group of users based on dozens of parameters.
Access Controls

SQL Message Tracking
Use Message Tracking to resolve email delivery disputes and determine timing and sequence of email communications. Email tracking conforms with EU directive 2006/24/EC requirements. Audit and track email transactions by storing customizable transaction records in SQL.
Customized SQL Query Templates
SQL Query Templates are used for applications that require email metadata to be conditionally logged in an SQL database. Write custom SQL queries to solve problems like automatic whitelisting, conditional access controls, custom message logging and more.
Disclaimers
Many businesses must add disclaimers to messages, however, may not wish to apply this to all messages. Using our policy engine MPP can intelligently apply disclaimers based on character set, message format, direction to the specific emails that require it.
Content Based Alerting
It is often desirable to be notified when interesting email messages are exchanged and our content module will alert when interesting email is identified.
Policy Engine
Selectively apply any MPP compliance feature to an individual user or group identified by email address, domain, IP address, direction, LDAP group or email content.
