Mailspect works behind the scenes analyzing real-time or imported email and associating in SFDC based on your workflow requirements. There is no software to install for Mailspect and Mailspect can have a working demo running in minutes that will import your email from any IMAP mailbox and associate with SFDC. For larger sites Mailspect can process SMTP or MS Exchange Journal email streams for real-time email association.
