Support

Mailspect offers email support for free with every purchase.  Real-time support is provided via SKYPE, GoToMeeting or remote access and includes set-up,  training and system configuration.  If you have a support, configuration or training issue, get personal and contact Ovidiu Bivolaru, Head of Support and Operations.  He will ensure that your issue is resolved.

Support Plans:

Free support: Email support is provided for free with every Mailspect software license.  Mailspect guarantees that your support issue will be addressed within 24 hours of receipt.
Paid Support: Phone, SKYPE and remote access diagnosis are available during normal business hours with a Real-Time Support contract. Real-Time Support is priced based on the value of your Mailspect software.  Real-Time Support includes all aspects of set-up, system configuration, training, use models, and hardware/AWS  schemas.   If you need help, after hours, on weekends or holidays, it is available for $99 per hour.
